Dr. Jessica Visintainer, PT, DPT
Dr. Visintainer built V3 because athletes deserved better than rushed appointments and generic protocols. A Temple University–trained Doctor of Physical Therapy, she works with field, court, endurance, and tactical athletes — including Air Force Special Operations — combining advanced manual therapy, movement analysis, and sport-specific rehab to get you back stronger, not just back on your feet. She's also co-founder of Core and Cortex (neurocognitive training) and NextMatchReady (team performance education), and an instructor with O2X Human Performance.

Dr. Visintainer competes in Ironman triathlons herself — the same demands on the body, the same need to recover fast and get back to training. She understands what it takes because she's lived it, not just studied it.

"As a competitive, high-level tennis player, I don't trust my body with just anyone, and Dr. Jess is in a different league. We've addressed lingering post-concussion symptoms I'd accepted as my 'new normal,' and she's supported me through competing nationally and internationally. She isn't just practicing physical therapy — she's elevating it."
"Top notch. She's an athlete herself and well-versed in treating athletes looking to get back into top gear — positive, realistic, and supportive. I overcame my injury in short order and I'm back to running at full speed."
"She helped me train for a half Ironman and kept me healthy and strong the whole way through. Incredibly knowledgeable, but also fun and attentive — sessions were something to look forward to. Great energy, great results."
"Dr. Jess is really responsive and I appreciated the highly individualized care."
