Why rehab usually stalls
You did the exercises. You're still not back.
Traditional PT clears you for daily life — not for the 5K, the deadlift PR, or ninety minutes of soccer with your kid's team.
Most rehab is built around clearing you for daily life — getting you off the schedule, not back to your sport.
The V3 approach
One clinician, every visit — full sessions, no aide handoffs
Programming built around your sport, not a generic protocol
Neurocognitive and dual-task testing most clinics don't offer
How it works
Movement evaluation
A full hour with Dr. Visintainer — history, movement screen, and a plan built for your goals, not a diagnosis code.
Build & retrain
Hands-on sessions that progress with you — strength, mobility, and neurocognitive work layered in as you're ready.
Return to sport
Real return-to-play benchmarks — reaction time, load tolerance, sport-specific movement — before you're signed off.

Founder, V3 Physical Therapy
Dr. Jessica Visintainer, PT, DPT
Dr. Visintainer built V3 because athletes deserved better than rushed appointments and generic protocols. A Temple University–trained Doctor of Physical Therapy, she works with field, court, endurance, and tactical athletes — including Air Force Special Operations — combining manual therapy, movement analysis, and sport-specific rehab to get you back stronger, not just back on your feet. She's also co-founder of Core & Cortex (neurocognitive training) and NextMatchReady (team performance education), and an instructor with O2X Human Performance.
Ironman-distance triathlete — she trains the way she coaches.
Core & Cortex Performance Labs
What is neurocognitive training?
Reaction time, dual-tasking, and decision-making under load — the parts of return-to-sport most clinics never test. It's how we catch what a standard strength screen misses
What patients say
★★★★★
The Physical Therapist is top notch! She is an athlete herself and is well-versed and experienced in treating athletes looking to get back into top gear. I found her personality and approach to be positive, realistic, and supportive. I was able to overcome my injury in short order and am now back to running at full speed. Highly recommend Jess for treating athletes looking for physical therapy and rehabilitation!

Dr. Jess is awesome! She's incredibly knowledgeable but also really fun and attentive, which made the sessions something to look forward to. She helped me train for a half Ironman and kept me healthy and strong the whole way through. Can’t recommend her enough — great energy and great results!

As a competitive, high-level tennis player, I don’t trust my body with just anyone, and Dr. Jess at V3 Physical Therapy is in a different league.
She has been instrumental in keeping me healthy and competing at a high level. From dry needling and cupping to mobility work, taping, and shockwave therapy, her approach is not only comprehensive but incredibly precise and results-driven.
What separates her from others in the field is her ability to go beyond surface-level treatment. We’ve begun addressing lingering post-concussion symptoms that I had previously accepted as part of my “new normal.”
She has also supported me through physical challenges while I’ve been competing nationally and internationally. Something that requires a level of expertise, trust, and communication that is rare to find.
If you are an athlete who takes performance seriously, or someone who simply wants to move and feel better, V3 Physical Therapy is the standard. Dr. Jess isn’t just practicing physical therapy, she’s elevating it.
